Ingrediënten : 

150 gr Parmigiano Reggiano

3 eiwitten 

Bieslook

Peterselie

Peper/zout

1 el. sambal 

Arachideolie

Bereiding :

Rasp de Parmigiano.

Scheidt de eieren en gebruik enkel de eiwitten.

Meng de eiwitten met de Parmigiano, kruid met peper, zout, voeg de sambal, de peterselie en de gesnipperde bieslook toe en meng alles goed door elkaar.

Verwarm de arachideolie.

Maak balletjes van het mengsel en bak ze goudbruin in de olie.

Serveer en rasp eventueel no een beetje Parmigiano erover.

Buon apetito.
